The villa sleeps eight or nine comfortably in its four bedrooms.
There are three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and a dining area.
The large outdoor covered terrace is perfect for 'al fresco' living.
The barbeque terrace with pergola and seating affords panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Bedrooms
Top level.  The master bedroom (king size bed) has an en-suite toilet and shower with adjoining private terrace. There is a large built in wardrobe, dressing table and two bedside tables. An air-conditioning unit provides heating or cooling as required.

Middle level.  A spacious and attractive room with king size bed. There is an adjacent bathroom and toilet.  The room is equipped with wardrobes, dressing table, bedside table and ceiling fan.

Lower level.  Two twin-bedded rooms with shared toilet and shower. Both rooms are equipped with wardrobes, dressing table, bedside table and ceiling fan. 

A child's bed, travel cot and a child's cot are also available upon request.

Bathrooms
Top level. En-suite with shower and toilet.
Middle level.  Bath, shower and toilet.
Lower level.  Shower and toilet.

Living Room/Dining room
Comfortable sofas.  Flatscreen T.V. DVD/Blu-ray player. Stereo, board games.
Dining table and chairs for up to twelve people.
Air-conditioning unit.

Swimming pool
The private pool measures appoximately 9.5m x 4.5m. Depth: shallow end 1.3m, deep end 2.3m. 
It has wide roman steps leading down into it or you can use the ladder that is placed in the deep end. The pool is not heated but this isn't necessary during the summer months.
The pool has two underwater lights for those wonderful late night swims.

Miscellaneous
Giant outdoor chess, draughts and boules.  Table tennis and badminton are available. There is a private garden which is fully fenced and has lockable gates for privacy and security.
